For his significant research contributions to Pharmacology he was awarded the S.Amir Chand Prize by the Indian Council of Medical Research and the Hari Om Ashram Award by the Medical Council of India. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences with 180 research papers and 14 books to his credit.
Dr. Dandiya has been a Visiting Professor to the Universities of London, Hawaii, Houston, Stanford, Toronto, and Copenhagen. Presently, he is also a de-facto visiting Professor at the Nanjing University in China. He was also the Pro-Vice Chancellor (Rector) of the Banaras Hindu University.
Dr. Bapna is Adjunct Professor at Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur; the Director, Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences, MS of GTB Hospital, New Delhi; Director-Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi and JIPMER, Pondicherry. He is a fellow of the International College of Neuro-psychopharmacology and has been the President of the Indian Pharmacological Society. He is a recipient of the Shri Amrit Mody Research Foundation Award and B Uvnas Prize of the Indian Pharmacological Society. He has been an advisor to WHO. MSH and the Futures Group International, Danida. He has developed the Medicines Policy of Jharkhand, Uttranchal and Himachal Pradesh. He was contributed to the Guide to Good Prescribing, the best-selling book of WHO, published in 8 languages.
Dr. Gurudas Khilnani, is Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology, RNT Medical College, Udaipur. He is a founder fellow of the Indian Society of Cardiology. He had authored three books and has over 40 research publications to his credit. He is a resource person for International Course on ‘Promoting Rational Drug Use in the Community’ of WHO. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Indian Pharmacological Society, Rajasthan Medical Council and The Rajasthan Society for the Promotion of Rational Use of Drugs.
